Our Hydra Training creator Maurizio Tangari will be demonstrating the use of Hydra and HydroCore training, inclusive in the application on Landmine University training system. Through his extensive training experience with professional athletes and Hollywood celebrities, the training is aim to to be fun, and yet able to provide technical and hands-on sharing for fitness professionals.
